We’ll do our best to be on time. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Who knows, there’s a chance you could get right in!
If you are going to be late, please call to let us know. We’ll work with you if our schedules permit.
Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel. Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a $10 service charge. Remember, the stylists get paid only when they have customers.
For your convenience, make your next appointment before you leave. Then you are assured of getting the time and date you want.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your service. If you would like to tip your stylist, that’s great! If you want to tip on your credit card, please let us know before we process your payment.
